This workshop is designed to provide participants with guidelines for using acoustic analysis in their clinical practice to direct and inform voice therapy. The workshop covers 5 areas/activities:

1) Why – do we use acoustic analysis 

2) How – how does sound recording and analysis work 

3) What - equipment to use - programs to use - measures & tasks to use 

4) Practice the process yourself using PRAAT 

5) Clinical examples with interpretation
